Product Introduction

The resin is a polymer which condensed by resorcinol and other organic materials,no containing free phenol. It is much the same as B-20-S.of the product.It is a high polymer, compared with the monomer resorcinol or resorcinol predispersion, It can avoid to pollute environment due to sublimation of resorcinol and bloom of rubber at higher environment temperature. Compared with resorcinol formaldehyde resin, its free resorcinol content decreases greatly.It is insoluble in water,soluble in alcohol, ketone, aromatic.

Product Application

It is reacted with methylene donor such as RA, HMMM, HMT and produces thermosetting resin, it can apparently improve the tackiness or rubber and all-steel cord.
It can not only improve initial tackiness of rubber and steeel wire, but also has excellent tack retention of heat ageing.
It also can improve the processing of rubber, promote the dispersing of additive.
The reference of LL-2004 dosage 3-6 phr.
