Product Introduction

LL-2019 is a thermoplastic tall oil modified novolak reinforcing resin, which is much the same as SP-6701 of USA SII company. Compared with non-modified resin, its reinforcing hardness is improved 5~10%,scorch time prolongs, comprehensive characteristics become better, It can replace non-modified reinforcing resin .LL-2019 is soluble in alcohols, ketones and esters, less soluble in toluene (soluble by heating).

Product Application

As most thermoplastic novolak resin, LL-2019 happens cross-linking reaction over 150℃ in the presence of 5~10% curing agent hexamethylene tetramine (HMT) or hexamethoxyl-methyl melamine (HMMM). Resins become three-dimensional net structure from line structure.When rubber cures, it forms interpenetrating nets with rubber structure, thereby reinforces and hardness rubber, especially, it contains saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon, carboxylic etc. structure, so solidfication compounds have better hardness, tear-strength, tensile strength and stretching strength.It improves compound compromise physical property.In the meantime,LL-2019 has good plasticity and compatibility with rubber in processing, so it can be easy to disperse in compounds for resins and fillers.In order to avoid scorching, LL-2019 should be added at earlier stage of mill, while HMT or HMMM should be mixed with accelerator and sulphur together at later period of mill.LL-2019 can be used for the bead area of tires, tread, also for soles, sealant of car windows.conveyor,triangle belt .The reference dosage is 6~15.

Package and Storage

Each bag is packed in a paper plastic composite bag lined with plastic bags . 25 kg net weight.
